Blyth Photographic Society members put on an Exhibition of images from Blyth over the last 100 years, showing Blyth throughout the decades with images shot from the same location from different decades.

We were due to exhibit at Blyth Sports Centre in January 2016, however and exhibitor has dropped out so we have been asked to extend our exhibition to include November and December as well as January and February 2016.
This a great opportunity for our members to display their work and visitors to the centre to enjoy the exhibition. The prints on display will be for sale unless marked for £25 with some of the proceeds going to the Sports Centre and Blyth Photographic Society. We hope you enjoy and it would be great if you could supply is with any comments you have Thank you The end of season dinner will take place at "The White Swann" Dinnington on Friday the 17th April 2015.
Member have been there recently and enjoyed a good night with some excellent food a good chance to talk and chat about the last and forthcoming season. Also a bigger thank you to Jim, Margaret, Rick, David, Stuart, Bill and Lynda for their hard work in hanging the prints for display. There will be a range of images and all members have the opportunity to display their work. The display will be in the entrance lobby of the sports centre and we welcome any feedback people would have Christmas Knockout & Faith supper Night
The Christmas Knockout Competition will be held on Thursday 18th December images to be sent to Graham prior to the night please. The faith supper on the night, men to bring savoury and women sweet dishes The Christmas draw will take place good luck to everyone who bought tickets. This is the last meeting before Christmas with the next meeting being the 8th January 2015 when the results of the Remote Competition will take place. Any members still wishing to have prints display at the Blyth Sports Centre Exhibition please bring them this week Just to let you all know that Bill has an exhibition of some of his work at Blyth Sports Centre. It's in the main public stairwell and there are some cracking images.
